Social Security Prescription Scam

Seniors from throughout the nation, including hundreds in Wisconsin, are being called by con artists who convince them to share their account information in the hopes of receiving medication at a reduced cost.  The company, CPS-Medicom Benefits, convinces the victim that they'll receive their current medications via Canada at a reduced cost.

Once they receive the seniors account information, they withdraw $398.00 from their account.  The CPS 'operators' have been known to be aggressive and abusive in their attempts to coerce information from their intended victims, and there are no reported occurrences of seniors recovering their money once it's been taken.

If this company has contacted you or someone you know, please contact us or their financial institution immediately.
