To our valued members,

SMACU is continuing to monitor the COVID-19 situation in Wisconsin and as some restrictions have changed, we will continue to abide by the rules set forth by SSM St Mary’s Madison hospital and Dane County.  We remain vigilant about the health and safety of our members and employees and want you to know we are still here to serve you.

We remain committed to providing a high level of service through our many online channels or the telephone.  While the hospital is limiting the number of people who are allowed in, we are now offering curbside service for certain transactions.  For on-campus employees of SSM St. Mary’s Madison, we will meet you in the vestibule of Alumni Hall.  Both services are by appointment only and will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

For those who prefer to bank on their own schedule, our remote banking solutions, such as online banking, online bill pay, and remote deposit capture are available 24 hours a day.  If you have any questions about any of these services or are in need of financial guidance, please call us at 608-258-5062 or email smacu@smacu.org. Our office hours are:

Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m

Tuesday and Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

In accordance with the protocols set forth by Dane County, staff will be wearing a mask and we ask that you also wear one.  In order to protect the health and well-being of our staff, we ask you to reschedule your appointment if you:

  • Are feeling sick for any reason
  • Have cared for or been in close contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days
  • Have been advised to self-quarantine; or
  • Are currently infected with COVID-19 or are undergoing treatment for COVID-19.

We’re here for you and we will keep you informed as we evaluate the transition back to more traditional banking operations, while ensuring the safety of our employees, members, and communities we serve.
