With more vaccines being administered each day, as well as the COVID-19 protocols we’ve put in place, we are working hard to keep our members and associates safe and healthy while having our lobbies open. Due to capacity limits, you may be asked to wait outside until we can accommodate you in the lobby. Masks are required for service inside the lobby. If you are unable to wear a mask, we welcome you to use our home banking app and/or website and will continue to offer phone, text, and front door service outside the building.

We also understand that there may be instances where our member/owners find themselves facing financial difficulties. SMACU is here to help and we encourage that you reach out to discuss how we might be of assistance. You can apply for loans on our website or using the mobile app and we have DocuSign to email you the final documents so you do not have to come into the branch.
