Remote Deposit
Deposit checks up to $4,000.00 into your account from anywhere with your mobile device. There are certain guidelines you must follow in order for it to process correctly.
- Log into the SMACU App with your username, security question (lower case if letters), and your password. If you have any issues logging in, contact someone in our office at 608-258-5062 .
- Click the three bars on the left top corner to open your options. If you do not see Remote Deposit in that section, it means you haven’t had it set up yet with a Financial Consultant. Please contact us at 608-258-5062.
- Choose Remote Deposit.
- You will be prompted to take a picture of the front of your check.
- Sign and write For Mobile Deposit Only At SMACU on the back of your check.
- Take a picture of the back of your check and submit.
Most deposits will be completed on the same business day.
